Precision farming

The drone allows rapid and accurate shooting cultures. The information is derived from these images for precision agriculture, concern the canopy. Indeed, depending on the progress of the development of the vegetation, the solar energy reflected by the plants is not the same. This reflectance is measured by the drone. This allows to deduce the chlorophyll content of plants through reflectance models, and thus estimate the need for fertilizers and pesticides.


This correspondence between reflectance and need plant is the result of many years of research and developments that today allow us to characterize the state of the plant very quickly. These data are used to generate prescription maps directly used by the farmer.
